Using Pattern Lab
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Buying
Digital products are delivered after successful payment. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once a download has occurred — see the notice shown at checkout for the specific listing.
Selling
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of what they list. Listings are reviewed before going live, and Pattern Lab may reject, remove, or archive a listing that violates these terms or applicable law. A marketplace commission applies to external seller sales, based on the seller's current plan.
Pattern Lab official products
Products in the official Pattern Lab catalog are sold directly by Pattern Lab, not by an external seller, and are not subject to seller marketplace commission.
Prohibited content
You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. Use the report form to flag anything that violates these terms.
Account suspension
We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these terms, attempt to defraud buyers or sellers, or misuse the platform.
Liability
Pattern Lab provides the marketplace as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pattern Lab after a change means you accept the updated terms.
