What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password), shop and listing content sellers publish, order details for purchases, and basic usage data needed to operate the marketplace (e.g. sign-in activity). We do not collect payment card details directly — those are handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
To operate your account, process orders, deliver digital downloads, run seller shops, respond to support and report requests, and keep the marketplace secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & similar technology
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (like your cart). Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept cookies. If you choose Essential only, analytics is not loaded. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
When you accept cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and how people use the public website, and counts completed purchases. It may process page paths, browser and device information, and approximate location. We do not send names, email addresses, order identifiers, payment amounts, or URL query strings to Google Analytics. You can choose Essential only when the cookie notice appears to keep analytics off.
Sharing
We share order information with the relevant seller only as needed to fulfil a purchase, and with service providers (such as hosting, payment processing, and—if you accept cookies—Google Analytics) strictly for their stated services. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Some order records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.
Data retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations after that.
